Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking to join a friendly team? We are looking for a friendly and hard-working person with great attention to detail to provide a full administrative service within a residential care home. Ideally, we are looking for a full-time candidate however, we could be open to a part time candidate. The company are a charity who provide emotional and physical support to vulnerable adults. This care home supports the elderly and people with dementia. Every day is different here and there are lots of fun activities that go on within the home, plus, it is rewarding to know you are making a difference to the lives of others. Administrator Job Profile: Maintaining appropriate and accurate petty cash and amenity records including visiting the bank to deposit or withdraw cash. Being professional and friendly when engaging with people over the phone, through email and face to face. To prepare and maintain stationery orders and stock. General basic typing skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook packages. Using care management systems to access and update residents information including care plans and to access and update other data. Supporting the manager in all recruitment and reference letters. Maintain all leave, sickness, and flexi time records. Requirements of an Administrator: Friendly and professional individual who has a desire to go above and beyond.
