Feel like being part of A business-critical support team who oversees the daily support, project work, development and continuous improvements to a growing collections system The role of Collections Strategy Analyst is really important to my client. You will work with stakeholders from across the group to provide valuable support, advice and project management to make sure the groups collections services and systems are running to maximum capacity. This role will be based in our client's Cardiff office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction. What would your day look like? Take inbound queries relating to collections systems and resolve these in a quick and efficient manner to make sure any downtime is kept to a minimum. Take the lead on in depth technical issue to identify and implement necessary changes, this will require you to work with 3rd parties, other internal IT and business teams and end users. Maintain strong lines of communications with all parties involved to ensure the collections systems are offering the best possible service.What do we expect of you? Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence, negotiate and identify underlining IT issues and ability to bring together all parties to deliver change. Ability to manage your own workload, show initiative and problem-solving qualities, to resolve and deliver results quickly and efficiently ideally using Jira or Visio tools. Experience of working with IT software applications in a support and improvement capacity including testing of any changes. What can you expect of us?
