We are now looking to add to the existing team with the addition of another Business Development Executive, known internally as Service Proposal Coordinator.
Acting as a Blue Octopus ambassador, you'll contact companies within a variety of industries to discuss their recruitment & onboarding needs; pro-actively promoting our resourcing / managed service as well as our intuitive and agile recruitment and onboarding software. Your challenge will be to build a rapport with clients quickly, instil confidence in the Blue Octopus approach and arrange qualified meetings.
The recruitment and SaaS market can be incredibly competitive and because of this, we really need someone with a strong desire to succeed and can remain resilient while under pressure. Experience of new business development, in solution and product sales would be preferred, however we also welcome applications from those that can demonstrate the attitude and desire to flourish in this challenging but rewarding role.
