OTE £120-200k; Our client are one of the leading providers of advice and consultancy across HR, Health and Safety and Employment Law and are looking for a business development manager to generate new business through face to face consultative selling to a range of SME clients in the area.
This is a great opportunity to join an already well established but growing business as a Business Development Manager, over the last 2 years they have grown 20% and have plans to go much further. They are part of a global group that have a multimillion turnover year on year where hard work is rewarded via an amazing earning potential, sales top biller all expenses paid holidays to places like Miami and amazing sales training and development.
You will be responsible for your own diary, building your own pipeline of B2B business alongside your Telemarketing buddy who will also be booking your quality appointments and being the face of their business in your local area. They're looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing and experienced New Business Development professional, who takes a consultative approach and has previously worked in a 100% new business, B2B sales role.

Business Development managers are integral to our success, ensuring we become the Number one HR and H&S solutions provider in the UK. You will be able to build rapport with your clients and be excited by hunting your new business, with the help of our telemarketing team and building your own referral network.
Industry experience is NOT required as full training is provided, BUT high energy, target focus and experience in a consultative 'value based' selling style are important to success. On a daily basis you will be on the road, building networks and meeting clients in your allocated post code ensuring that you are the go to person for any HR and H&S solutions."
Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
- Self-generating new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.
- Working with the Head of Seminars to generate a monthly seminar/ webinar plan to maximise sales opportunities.
- Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- New Business Development Sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly minimum sales targets.
- Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
