Chef de Partie

Located in the picturesque town of Berkhamsted, The Crystal Palace requires a Chef de Partie to join the newest pub in our family, serving fantastic food and a large range on independent beers and other drinks.

We are looking for someone with:
A real passion for fresh foods
The ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and industry
High standards of personal hygiene
Knowledge of and compliance with Food Hygiene and Allergens Awareness legislation
Taking pride in your kitchen and pub
Being a reliable and trustworthy member of your kitchen team
