Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Client Manager based in Bedfordshire for a well-established company.
Summary of theClient Manager role
Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-timeHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Must be flexible
As the Client Manager your role will involve the following important duties:
- Regular client meetings where you are able to identify and progress business development opportunities.
- Arranging and documenting site visits in conjunction with the senior managers.
- Recruitment of seasonal event staff (project managers, junior event managers, event operatives) for periods where multiple events coincide.
- Understanding all of the logistics and trucking requirements for the deliverable assets.
- Creating manifest kits and inventory lists for all equipment.
- Dealing with expenses & costings per event including staffing and accommodation.
- Maintaining event equipment and pre-event testing to check in goods orders.
- Building relationships with stakeholders of the large contacts and leading all the smaller events.
- On-site client liaison and customer service resolution.
- Working with venues and internal staff to ensure all plans are communicated and documented.
- Co-ordinating experiences including booking posting, training, planning and checking.
- Training stakeholders on the usage of relevant assets, platforms and portals.
The experience required
As a successful Client Manager, you will have the following:
- Ideally from an events or sales management background.
- Project management experience.
- Stakeholder management.
- Knowledge and experience of both trade shows and internal events.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role that can be demonstrated at interview.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Driving licence
