Seeking an enthusiastic and motived Compliance Customer Service Coordinator to join our client, a well-established Environmental consultancy, currently on their journey to becoming B Corp certified. Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service to existing customers and ensure a positive retention record is maintained. Your role as a Compliance Customer Service Coordinator: Data checking and verification Monitoring and maintaining emails Provide content for marketing and sales documents Conduct member audits Support and assist the sales team in achieving targets Carry out compliance checks Be the first point of contact for WEEE and Waste Batteries compliance members Keep up to date with the latest WEEE and Batteries regulations Do on-site customer visits About you: Exceptional customer-facing skills Good Excel skills Work well under pressure If you would like to learn more about the above role, please contact Zoe at Conrad Connect
