Purpose of the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual preferably from an M&E service provider or customer services background, with an understanding of reactive, planned maintenance and have a good understanding of service delivery. The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support with the purpose to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Unit. Understanding, anticipating, and delivering to customer needs, achieving results within quality and time constraints. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contract Support (Admin) Providing support to the Engineering team, with raising Purchase Orders, liaising with contractors and suppliers in a professional and timely manner Contractor management - Booking in sub-contractor services; chasing service reports and associated documentation etc. Financial management - Liaise with the contract finance manager to ensure WIP (Work in Progress), PO's and invoices are kept up to date to aid with billing of services that have been completed each month. Contract Management - Working with the FM team and Engineering team, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date on E-Logbook system. To raise and assign work orders including reactive/ PPM's for the site Engineering team, and sub-contractors to ensure works are undertaken in a timely manner in-line with SLA's and KPI's. Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers. Undertake any other duties as requested by the Engineering Manager, or Finance Manager.Key Competencies / Traits & Ethics: A positive, self-motivated, professional empathetic approach to the needs of client Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Have good understanding in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excel skills to include basic functions, v-lookups, etc. Experience of using Dynamics, Concept, Maximo. Experience of a similar customer facing role in a medium-sized business. Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities We are seeking a well-rounded individual that will bring their own engaging personality to the role.
