Your Opportunity

In this role you will be encouraged to share your diverse thoughts and ideas to drive continuous supply chain improvement and will be empowered to bring those ideas to life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Provide legal advice to Human Resources and cross-functional partners on FLSA, ADA, Title VII, FMLA, leave laws, and other local, state, and federal laws.

Assist with litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment related claims.

Provide advise on updates to legislative and regulatory updates.

Advise the team on recruiting, hiring, performance managements, accommodations, leaves and separations.

What we are looking for:

Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

License to practice law in at least one state

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department or combination of the two, with a significant concentration in employment-related matters

Excels in a collaborative, team-based work environment across various departments

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful prioritization

Available to work a hybrid schedule with both remote presence and 25% in office presence. (Corporate offices are located in Orrville, OH)

A comprehensive relocation package may be available for qualifying applicants located outside of a reasonable commuting distance.
