An amazing opportunity for temporary Corporate Receptionist to join an incredible legal team within a reputable Law Firm! Potential Permanent opportunity at the end of the assignment! JOB ROLE: Client Services Executive (Corporate Receptionist) 4 week assignment LAW FIRM! JOB TYPE: TEMPORARY - 4 week reception assignment with the opportunity for this role to go permanent for the right person! Must be immediately available or have a short notice period COMPANY: A successful and well-established Law Firm based in the heart of the city! HOURS: Full time with a 9 hour shift system between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday with a 1 hour break SALARY: £13.40 - £14.40 per hour (£27,000 - £30,000 permanent salary) BENEFITS: AMAZING perm benefits including generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, gym discounts, good bonus and MORE! DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner on arrival Answering all calls internal and external professionally Liaising with colleagues to book and set up internal and client meetings Ordering and preparing the catering for in house lunches and meetings Keeping meeting rooms and reception area clean, refreshed and tidy at all times Preparing new starter passes and forms Responsible for keeping an accurate record of Temporary Passes and keys Building strong friendly relationships with other departments to create a great team ethic Ad hoc copying and scanning for visitors Administrative duties including filing, scanning, sending emails Setting up of IT equipment in meeting rooms Keeping the internal telephones lists up to date SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate with colleagues and clients in a highly pressurised environment Proven experience working on a busy reception desk, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment A professional telephone manner A flexible, pro-active and co-operative approach to work, particularly in relation to availability and cover Excellent prioritisation skills High attention to detail Confident IT skills and willing to learn new systems Responsible, polite and a strong team ethic essential!
