Aquilo recruitment are working with a market leading print busines who are looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join their growing team: To deliver administrative support to the business, to ensure the efficient delivery of all aspects of KRL s services to customers. Responsible for handling contact with customers, assigning and booking work with engineers, liaising with internal teams to ensure customer service standards are met. Job Description Role and Responsibilities Process internal orders. Handle the sales order process logistics from order through to fulfilment. Assist the Accounts department with finance related tasks. To liaise with customers and third party dealers, to ensure queries and orders are tracked and dealt with to a satisfactory outcome. To liaise with engineers, to ensure service calls are booked quickly and efficiently, and that calls are completed on time. To ensure customer service level expectations are met. Any other necessary tasks within the business. essential and desirable skills Good communication skills written and verbal (E) Computer Literate Word, Excel, Outlook (E) Good organizational skills (E) Ability to work to tight deadlines (E) Ability to take own initiative (E)
