Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Advisor: Salary: £20,099 per annum + annual bonus Location: Cardiff Contract: Permanent, full-time Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8.00am - 6.00pm and 1 in every 4 Saturdays, 9.00am - 1.00pm Hybrid working after 6-month probation (2 days office, 3 days home!) Enhanced employer pension contributions Reduction on gym memberships and high street shopping Cycle to work scheme Car-leasing scheme Health CashBack scheme, employee assistance programme for you and your family And much, much more!Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor: Providing excellent customer service by demonstrating positivity and a passion for solving issues Consistently listening, questioning, and probing to devise the best strategy to resolve the account and help the customer Building rapport to understand our customers' needs, identifying vulnerability, and negotiating the best way forward Exuding the company's values to help them achieve their mission Supporting colleagues in day-to-day tasks, communicating effectively with them and contributing to their improvement Educating customers on the most appropriate information for them Demonstrating a 'one-touch' and right-first-time approach to help with each customer as quickly and appropriately as possibleSkills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor: A minimum of A-C GCSE's (or equivalent) in Math's and English Experience in having complex and challenging conversations Great problem solver with a confidence in decision making Used to working in a regulated environment and capable in planning and managing workloads to meet deadlines Flexibility in your work to change priorities when necessary Fantastic communicator to build rapport with customers and show empathy whilst communicating with balance and commerciality Proficient in IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Great attention to detailIf you'd like to work as a Customer Service Advisor in Cardiff, apply now!
