?Happiness Expert aka Customer Service Representative
Salary: $45k to $55k?
Position is fully within the office located in Mahwah, NJ.
Our client is an energy company that is working on improving lifestyles of NJ and NY residents for over a decade by providing clean, renewable energy at an affordable price. Their goal is to create a world powered by the sun one rooftop at a time.
?We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that is self-motivated, positive and has experience speaking with people over the phone. This role will entail keeping customers updated through the process from contracts signed to their solar installation.
The ideal candidate must be organized, have attention to detail, good time management skills and prior experience in a customer service role. We are also seeking someone who has worked in the energy industry and can read and explain a utility bill.
- Making daily calls.
- Calling customers at different stages of their solar install project.
- Proactively checking on customers to ensure their questions and concerns are answered.
- Keeping customer's information organized and up to date.
- Assisting customers with billing questions
- Making touch point calls after customers have been installed to discuss their experience and get referrals and reviews.
- Following up with customers to ensure their experience surpasses expectations.
- Making sure that customers are happy!
