Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
The Global Digital Manager will be a key member of the Global Lactalis team, working hand-in-hand with the Digital Director to define and scale digital strategy, planning, and best practice across 40 markets.
Key responsibilities will include management of key digital partners and joint business plans, digital channel playbooks and best practice, digital thought leadership, and digital investment tracking and optimisation.
Lactalis have a strong focus on data and technology. The right candidate will therefore need to be comfortable in Excel, and understand how data and how this can enable decision-making in digital.
The Digital Manager will be a strong communicator to lead day-to-day communications with the Lactalis digital team and Publicis market teams across digital tasks and workstreams. In particular, the candidate will work with Local market teams to share relevant information on best practice, case studies, and partner updates, and ensure understanding and adoption of digital strategies, structures and operations.
- Experience in digital planning and activation across Programmatic, Social, or Search in either a market or global role, with a strong understanding of best practice
- Knowledge of digital planning tools and platforms such as CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or/and Facebook Business Manager
- A good understanding of data and digital technology, and how it can be used to drive performance and decision-making
- Strong communications skills, capable of deciphering digital topics and concepts to non-digital clients
