* Participates in the creation of the clinical program strategy and carries it out

* Accountable for clinical trial outcomes (performance and quality) under their program

* Lead the team of clinical operations personnel.

* Determine the requirements for departmental processes (SOP, WI). may take the initiative when needed

* Autonomously manages clinical programs, negotiating cross-functionally to promote long-term strategic goals, and implementing cross-functional mitigation methods.

* Help in creating study protocols and defining the clinical operations plan

* Directly responsible for management

* Manages the CRO, its performance, and the activities that go along with CRO relationship management.

* Leads the trial teams in the creation (content) and execution (execution) of standards for all operational plans linked to the study (e.g., manuals, trackers, processes, etc.), making sure that they are "fit for purpose" and uniform across teams.

* bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as health science

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

* Expertise in the clinical development process (Phases 1-3), international regulatory requirements, and clinical trial guidelines

* extensive experience in vendor management and CRO

* Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills

* shown ability to recognize and fix problems and a track record of managing

* international experience and strong oncology knowledge

* 8+ years or more managing clinical trials

* 20% of the population can travel.
