Domiciliary care manager £35k to £45k per annum depending upon experience with achievable bonuses Derby ABOUT THE ROLE Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the Team, to ensure the very best outcomes in everything they do; • To take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring the acquired Outstanding CQC inspection level is maintained • Accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients; ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed at all times providing a safe working environment • Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and approved practice, promoting business aims and values • Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered to all client • Ability to identify and recruit high quality Carers, implement excellent training and maintain high retention ratio • Ensure the provision of staff training is implemented and the delivery of very high-quality care services, to vulnerable people living in their own home, is achieved consistently • Ability to ensure scheduling is effectively designed so that Carers deliver the allocate care to the client. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE/BE • Hold a Level 5 qualification in health & social care and be willing to work towards the Level 7 LMA • An in depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores • Leadership experience of service provision in the care industry • Experience in recruitment of Care Givers and office-based teams • Available to work or be on call as and when the business requires; You will have appropriate qualifications and current or recent registered manager status through the CQC. You will have an impeccable work history with a minimum of 3 years registered manager experience and a checkable CQC record. You will be afforded everything required to push the service forward and after staffing review the chance to bring in people who you have previously worked with. This client has long term plans and has no desire for any quick uplifts much preferring to improve quality of support and show patience for growth
