Personnel Selection are excited to be working alongside this fantastic global company, with offices in Andover. We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Administrator to liaise with sales, marketing and production to ensure that the online shops are kept up to date with content, images, prices and stock availability. The role of E-Commerce Administrator will suit someone with the following attributes: • Exceptional customer service and listening skills, with customer focus behaviour. • Ability to interact diplomatically with all customers, whatever the circumstances. • Capacity to remain calm under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines. • Excellent personal time-management, organisation and planning skills Computer literacy is essential, and we are keen to find someone with a working knowledge of Sage, Qlikview, Shopify, Office 365. The role E-Commerce Administrator will involve: • Manage the company catalogue on company website, including processing orders, invoicing and providing shipping information to the customer. • Liaise with Amazon to ensure that listings and stock levels are maintained • Work with marketing and sales to list and promote products on special offers, such as Prime Day and Cyber Weekend. • Provide E-commerce reports to the management team • Handle emails and telephone enquiries from all customers This role will also involve customer service duties, so it is essential that the successful candidate is a confident communicator and enjoys resolving problems and seeing a task through to completion.
