We require 46 (forty six) equipment electricians, to come to HAMBURG and work on the world's most advanced / best aircraft.

The job holder (d/m/f) works as an equipment electrician and has the following main tasks:

  • Preparing electrical components according to the order at the construction site or workplace, e.g. fetching, reading, adjust, set up and set up
  • Testing and checking (e.g. ground check, troubleshooting and troubleshooting)
  • Installing electrical components and components (e.g. cable bundles and brackets), e.g.label, set up, lay, switch on, assemble, assemble and solder
  • Adaptation of electrical components e.g. on device panels, circuit boards, sections as well as torquen and to back up
  • Documentation of work and complaints

Personal requirements

  • The ability to integrate into a group and to solve tasks together as well as being able to compromise and accept support from others
  • The ability to be independent, focused and responsible over a longer period of time to work on a task
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2- or 3-shift system

Required vocational training
Electrician at least vocational training with long-term work experience
or
Electronics technician for aeronautical engineering Systems (aircraft electronics technician) at least vocational training with long work experience

Required work experience
Electrics at least over 2 years
Manufacturing / production at least over 2 years
Aerospace at least over 2 years
Airbus experience an advantage

Linguistic proficiency
German at least well versed (if not try and take a online crash course in German and we will plead your case)
English at least advanced


Required knowledge
Installation of large electrical components such as cable bundles

Legal

Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)
