Facilities Management Helpdesk Operator £11.30 Per Hour London, SW1A We are currently recruiting an experience Helpdesk Operator for our prestigious client. Based in central London you will provide excellent helpdesk support. This includes ensuring prompt answering of calls and accurate logging of information on the CONCERTO system and actioned accordingly. You will ensure the voicemail messages are monitored and that all requests are assigned to the correct contractors. We are looking to find someone who is organised and able prioritise workloads and ensure timely follow ups and update progress on the system and communicate effectively via phone and/or email. There are also requirements to deal with bookings of meeting rooms and effectively manage the diary with regards to this to ensure there are no duplicate bookings. You will be required to produce catering reports daily and daily updates on meeting room bookings and any other reports as required. Due to the nature of the role and environment we are ideally looking for someone with minimum CTC clearance. We are looking for someone with experience of working within facilities and with experience of using CONCERTO. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00am 16:30pm Responsibilities are as follows: Taking calls on the Helpdesk using CONCERTO Logging accurate information on the system Assign jobs to contractors Follow up with customers and contractors as required Monitor and action voicemails Booking of meeting rooms Managing diaries. To be considered for this role you must have the following: Ideally have CTC Clearance Experience of using CONCERTO Excellent customer service skills Excellent IT skills Be able to prioritise workloads Be able to communicate effectively on all levels.
