About the role:

As part of the Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) team, you will report to Head of Field Digital Products and partner with several functions within the Commercial organization, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance.

How you will contribute:
  • Lead and/or assist project teams in business requirement gathering and analysis, process alternatives, and communication with functional and technical project teams.

  • Be a key team member, leading when necessary, cross functional projects focused on enhancing the field teams ability to engage customers.

  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

  • Conduct risk assessments for enhancements; including downstream impacts

  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships important to the success of the project

  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

  • Manage resources for projects, such as coordinating time and effort analysis together with the Data, Digital & Technology field products team.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an operations role in a biotech/pharmaceutical setting

  • Need operational experience in commercial CRM and field technology capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability and experience in keeping up with best in class industry trends in CRM and field digital solutions in a commercial pharma.

  • Ability to both lead and participate on working teams

  • Understanding of operational processes and technology.

  • Experience writing technical documentation, evaluating work processes and implementing process improvements

  • Self-motivated, works independently with minimal supervision, exercises good judgment.

  • Flexible during times of change and able to work well in dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to work and achieve deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities.
