Our client is looking for interim support to assist with the billing using the client s system. The ideal candidate will need to have above basic understanding of finance is essential as this candidate must be able to keep track of uplifts required and submit billing accurately and on time. Data admin will be required as part of this role as will be liaising with the client and members of the helpdesk contract support team and engineers. Excel skills preferable as billing will need to be tracked on spreadsheets. Must be a self-starter as most training will be undertaken remotely Monday to Friday ASAP START 8:00am-5:00pm Hybrid work from home and office based in Leeds TEMP Key tasks Gathering, analyzing and interpreting relevant financial data. Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures. Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration. Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses. Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements. Preparing income statements, balance sheets and budgets. Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow. Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations. Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates. Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
