Front of House Team Leader

We're searching for a Front of House Team Leader at your local Greene King pub!

As part of our award-winning Greene King Locals Pub Team, your role will be to support the running of a warm welcoming pub that is always lively and fun, alongside a team with a genuine desire to please the customer.

About The Role

Working front of house, you will welcome our customers and enjoy making their day, every time they visit. As a Team Leader you'll support the Pub Leadership Team to co-ordinate the team to deliver a great experience for our customers. Leading from the front, you'll show the team what great looks like , helping to develop their skills further across the bar and waiting areas. Working alongside your team, the role will also include taking food and drink orders, dispensing drinks and serving food and drinks to the tables.

About You

You'll need some experience (at least 1 year) of working in a pub or hospitality venue, or in a customer-facing role in the retail or hospitality industry. The Team Leader role bridges the gap between the pub team members and the Pub Leadership Team and is ideal for someone who wants their first taste of a hospitality supervisory or management role.
