We are working with a leading specialist law firm in their search for a Team Administrator. The role will be based in their Glasgow office full-time.

The vacancy is to support the Partners, Attorneys and Trainees by providing timely and comprehensive administrative duties. Such as case diary management, copy and audio typing of correspondence, booking travel and accommodation, answering the phone, and taking messages, welcoming clients, monitoring emails and inboxes, writing standard letters and emails to clients and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months+ professional office / administration experience or be a recent graduate seeking a support role. Please note this is not a route to becoming a fee earner

NOT SUITABLE FOR LAW GRADS
