An established Digital Marketing Agency based in Staffordshire is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to join their growing team. The company work with clients across a range of industries and sizes, from big SMEs and Enterprise businesses to new and exciting start ups. This is a full time, permanent, hybrid position with an immediate start. Hours: Mon Fri 9am 5pm Salary Range: £33,000 - £38,000 Responsibilities to include: • Client strategy development for predominantly SEO and PPC • Client growth (upsell recognition with bonuses) • Managing team output • General day-to-day SEO and PPC work as required • Monitoring development of team through training • Managing website development projects • Identification of new opportunities • Closely working with peers to manage client expectations • Client meetings • Assistance on client calls • Managing daily client checks Requirements: • Google Analytics knowledge • Great Google AdWords experience • Facebook advertising knowledge • Experience with Team management and in-house training • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications • Experience with SEO and PPC tools Benefits: • 30 Days paid holiday a year (including Bank Holidays) • Flexible hours as appropriate • Pension enrolment • Team outings • Opportunity to stay at a Villa in Florida This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in Digital Marketing who is looking to be a key player in a growing business and who would like to be involved in managing the day-to-day client planning, strategy, output and growth as well as supporting the wider team.
