Thanks to their commitment to developing their employees, the firm is going from strength to strength and continues to grow. They are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join them. The role:As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisory team and clients. Reporting to the Client Services Manager you will:

  • Process new business documentation
  • Prepare for advisor/client appointments
  • Act as the point of contact for clients liaising with advisors on their behalf, dealing with client queries, and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update internal systems
  • Deal with advisor charges, fees, and commission inquiries
  • Provide support to the Client Services Manager, plus the wider team with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks where required.
  • Ensuring compliance procedures are followed at all times and adhering to strict FCA regulations
  • This role will also include general office administrative duties such as:
  • Acting as the first port of call for clients via telephone, meeting and greeting them when visiting, and providing refreshments
  • Booking all meeting rooms and ensuring the diary is up to date
  • Dealing with post - incoming and outgoing
  • Maintaining the client filing system
  • Ensuring the office is kept tidy

This role will suit an experienced IFA Administrator, with a background in IFA and supporting client-facing advisors. You will have:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator within financial services
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills - Able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with advisors and clients
  • Good customer service skills, to ensure clients are satisfied and a positive customer experience is provided
