As the New Business Manager / Team Leader, you will take the lead role in our sales team, managing, mentoring and running the day-to-day operations with a lead from the front mindset. You will play a key part in developing and owing the sales strategy and creating a culture that you believe sets us apart and delivers a high performing, committed and fun environment. You ll build new relationships with hiring communities and lead a team that delivers innovative talent solutions that add value to the customer s talent strategies - attracting, engaging, and recruiting professionals for the digital world. Working closely with our L&D department, you will also help create the right training environment to ensure that the Associate Consultants from our award-winning Academy of Excellence get the right foundation prior to graduating into your team. This will give you the freedom to focus your attention on the more established team members, building their confidence, fine tuning and creating superstars. You will be an excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and will be able to demonstrate the following competencies. A proven personal sales track record in technology recruitment (permanent or contract) Team leading or mentoring experience with a passion for improving others (we are open to how much experience you have here) A clear vision on how you d set a new business function up for success with the ability to articulate what good looks like both operationally and culturally A natural leader with a high level of emotional intelligence. You ve been on the other side, how would you take this knowledge and create a winning environment? A problem solver ability to think for yourself and proactively solve issues A desire to excel / an interest in self-improvement In return.
