We are seeking to add an additional Information Technology (IT) professional to reinforce our continuous efforts to support, modernize and secure our IT infrastructure. The incumbent will help support our two operating divisions providing cutting edge construction management and software solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier I III support and administration
  • Respond to phone and email support requests from both local and remote offices
  • Determine, purchase, configure, deploy, and track end-user devices to include MacBooks, Windows computers, cellular hotspots, and iPads
  • Configure and deploy Apple systems via Apple Business Manager
    Research and recommend software and hardware resources needed to accomplish company objectives
  • Purchase, configure, deploy, and track enterprise and end user software applications and subscriptions
  • Configure and manage enterprise directory and service applications to include Google Workspace, MS Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Defender, MS Endpoint Manager, Slack
  • Create and manage user accounts and groups in Google Workspace, Office 365, and Windows Active Directory
  • Support afterhours/on-call efforts like system updates and data transfers that must be accomplished after regular work hours
  • Support companywide security certifications in ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of IT policies and procedures
  • Support and configure GoTo (Formerly Jive) enterprise VOIP system
  • Assist with and configure system backups and testing
  • Assist with the configuration and management of Fortinet and Cisco networking equipment
  • Support developer remote access systems
  • Assist with the installation and management of Linux based operating systems including Ubuntu and Fedora
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications you will have if you are a great candidate:
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Security+ Certification Preferred
Minimum Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace (Formerly G-Suite)
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure Active Directory
  • 3+ years of experience in MS Office 365
  • 3+ years of experiencing in MS Endpoint Manager/Intune/SCCM
  • 3+ years of configuring and managing security settings and policy
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Environments and Active Directory
  • 5+ years of experience in Macintosh/Windows PC Support and Management
  • 5+ years of experience working with networking equipment and technologies (Fortinet preferred)
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if needed
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems and configuration
  • Familiarity with Linux based operating systems
  • Proficiency in Windows PowerShell/scripting
  • Proficiency in managing/configuring Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in managing/configuring Office 365 & Azure Active Directory
  • Ability to self-task and provide recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong understanding of both Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and configuration
  • Periodic travel as needed
