This position is a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2 days in the McLean, VA office and 3 days remote.

We help business leaders determine appropriate compensation levels for ad hoc and promotion requests and proactively identify pay challenges and trends

We are Workday-savvy, creating reports for data analysis, testing and implementing program enhancements, and configuring and delivering the annual merit and incentive payout cycle

Your Impact:

Compensation Consulting

As a compensation expert, provide guidance to the business on setting appropriate and equitable compensation levels for both base pay and incentive targets

Partner with divisional leadership to proactively identify and respond to compensation challenges

Manage and prioritize various compensation analyses and projects for the divisions

Provide presentation-ready findings and possible solutions to all levels of leadership

Market Research

Support the annual process to refresh our jobs market data

Analyze new data for your divisions jobs and review and communicate potential next-year impacts to the business

Review and analyze potential survey matches for new jobs, including officer roles

Keep abreast of current market trends in Compensation and the industry

Executive Compensation

Provide support for executive compensation actions. This includes market pricing research and recommendation preparations, collaborating closely with Business Partners, Executive Recruiters, Legal, HR Leadership and HRIS

Workday

Co-lead the end-of year compensation cycle in Workday, including configuration of the participant interface for entering merit increases and bonus payouts, and hosting user training demonstrations

Identify gaps in current team processes that could be streamlined in Workday, now or with future Workday releases

Participate in release-cycle testing and reviews

Use and/or configure reports to support pay analyses

Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Experience using Advanced Compensation in Workday

High level of organization

Excellent written and oral communication skills

8+ years of compensation experience

A graduate degree or CCP is helpful

Asana or Jira experience is a plus
