Office Manager Location: Bagshot, Surrey Salary: £35k-£40k Depending on relevant experience + Excellent Benefits + Bonus Permanent / Full time (Week days) Remarkable jobs are assisting a people centric - super busy organisation who are in need of an experienced Office manager. You will be joining a 'family feel' organisation who seek a dynamic, self-starter who reduces the chaos of a busy office environment. Due to the nature of this role, it will be an office-based position on weekdays Office Manager responsibilities will include: Point of contact to visitors and receiving external calls. Keeping filing systems up to date, ordering supplies, administration, meet and greet, booking travel/meeting rooms, diary management - A traditional hands-on office management role Arranging office equipment repairs, H&S visits/repairs (including training) Office Manager skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products Outgoing/engaging personality Excellent Written and Verbal communication Exceptional organisation/time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
