Interim Payroll Executive 6 month FTC Solihull (Hybrid) Up to £30,000 p/a depending on experience + benefits including flexi-time, gym membership and other perks The organisation Now a global brand, this successful e-commerce retailer has expanded to create a retail operation and needs interim support to support with processing their new payroll and improving processes. The opportunity A superb role covering end to end employee payroll for approx. 400 staff. This is weekly and monthly payroll. Working alongside an established team and supporting with resolving queries with key stakeholders within the business. Responsibilities: Setting up new starters and leavers Processing payroll for hourly paid, weekly paid and salaried retail employees currently at 400 but there is a likelihood this will rise with seasonal temporary staff Pension enrolment Manual calculations Managing SSP, SMP and SPP payments and DOEs Managing queries through to resolution The individual We are looking for a confident communicator who is keen to take ownership of their own end to end payroll, shaping processes and communicating any key updates to stakeholders. This is a great role to last until Spring next year, with a global leader with a modern site in Solihull. Remote working is facilitated for up to 4 days per week depending on location
