This position is responsible for break-fix, escalations from other teams, and Remedy tickets. This position has limited configuration access to equipment.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Set forth below is a list of essential duties and responsibilities (or "essential functions") of this position.
Receive, research, and resolve escalations of Remedy and /or e-mail-based support requests.
Participates in the deployment and integration of new equipment and applications to support Cable One Digital Video Services.
Provides direction and support to field and local office personnel in trouble escalations.
Works with other departments, teams, and vendors to research and resolve issues in regard to Digital Video product.
Uses computer-based software tools to monitor digital video equipment to gather information and troubleshoot issues.
Perform on-call duties as assigned

Associate's degree (A. A) from four-year college or university preferred; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Video support or video headend experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Must be a self-starter with sound problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be flexible and a team player.
Position will require up to 5% travel.
