We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.The Shared Services company includes a dedicated Continuous Improvement function, whose core responsibility is to drive positive business transformation across the business. Reporting to the Head of IT Operational Solutions, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an IS Project Manager.The RoleLead the successful planning, management and delivery of complex, large scale projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure by delivering the following: Scope - Define clear project scope objectives and ensure project delivery aligns to agreed scope/objectives throughout. Requirements - Carry out detailed analysis and work with all project stakeholders to develop detailed project requirements and ensure the project delivers these requirements. Planning - Develop detailed project plans and then manage the plan to ensure agreed timelines are met. Resource - Identifying project resource requirements (internal/external), secure required resource and then manage assigned resources to ensure tasks are delivered. Budget - Developing initial project budget (Capex/Opex) using detailed estimation and then closely managing project budget to ensure project is delivered on budget Benefits - Define project benefits and ensure benefits remain core to the delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle Risk - Identify Project Risks/Issues and develop mitigating plans to actively manage these risks/issues to ensure project delivery isn't impacted. Testing - Develop detailed test plans tied to project requirements and manage testing plans to ensure system is ready for deployment Change - Identify change management requirements as part of the overall project, develop change management plans and deliver to ensure the change is successful adopted once system/change is deployed Training - identify project training requirements, develop plans for training and ensure training is delivered effectively Communication - Identify all project stakeholders and build strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the project Governance - ensure Projects are delivered in adherence with MoyPark project methodology, processes, controls and documentation and ensure SOX compliance throughout. Reporting - Develop and maintain project status reports on key project metrics and use to communicate project progress as required PMO - Support the Project Management Office in maintaining best practice Project Methodologies and processes.What You'll Need 3 + years' experience working as a Project Manager on large scale, complex projects Strong communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders Ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders Senior stakeholder management & communications Customer and delivery focused with a problem solving approach. IT principles and technical understanding Takes personal responsibility and leads from the front. Ability to self-motivate and work unsupervised. Motivates others and performs well in pressurised and stressful situationsDesirable: Experience of working on IT System projects Business or IT degree level qualification Experience delivering projects through SDLC Prince 2 or other project management certification Food industry, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution industry background Experience implementing large software solutions within the manufacturing/ food industry.
