Purchase Ledger Clerk Leeds City Centre £22,000 - £25,000 Hybrid Working

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working to fill a vacant purchase ledger role in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will reap the rewards of a generous benefits package, the option for hybrid working (2 days per week)

You'll be working within an international, professional services businesses and a team that possesses a wealth of experience, with numerous members of the team being in the business 10+ years. They also offer excellent progression opportunities to move within and across a number of teams within the business.

Duties will include:

  • You will be dealing with all aspects of the accounts payable function, from supplier inception through to payment and query handling
  • Liaising with support staff and suppliers to deal with queries and process invoices
  • Responsible for vendor and statement reconciliation
  • Administration of disbursement and expenses as well as supporting the wider finance team

The successful candidate will:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts payable function
  • Basic knowledge of VAT
  • Familiar with alpha and numeric data entry
  • Excellent communication skills
