We are looking for someone to join our support worker team in Lockett Gardens.
All of the people who live here have very different but complex needs. We are creating teams within this area that work together to provide excellent care for the people that live here.
Working in Lockett Gardens will keep you busy, you will be enhancing the lives of lots of different types of people from one day to the next. You will be part of a team that works together to create a positive working environment whilst empowering the people that live here to have meaningful lives.
We are surrounded by wonderful grounds and on site there is a cinema, beautician, hairdressers, shop and bistro. We support people to access these facilities and encourage independence so that people supported can then access these facilities in the community.
Not only does your role as a Support Worker provide you with variety day in day out, but we do try to make your day as easy as possible, with a fixed rota and a direct bus to Hesley Village from Doncaster Town Centre.
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week (part-time hours may also be available)
Weekdays: Earlies 07:30 - 14:45, Lates 13:45 - 22:00
Weekends: Earlies 07:30 - 13:45, Lates 13:15 - 22:00

You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.
