We are seeking a couple of candidates with experience of outbound sales. The required candidate will ideally need to have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in telesales. They must feel comfortable on the phone and also have an empathetic nature.

The role will see you working autonomously alongside the other team members, so it is essential that you can work well within a close knit team. This is a good opportunity for someone who is ambitious, target driven and seeks opportunities moving forward.

The role

Liaising with the client in order to evaluate if the legal matter is substantial enough to take on. All clients have connected with us prior to our call so the leads are warm.

Dealing directly with legal clients on the phone and finding out what their requirements are. See what their needs are and seeing if their specific case details meet our acquisition requirements.

Clients are normally making a claim related to an injury. This maybe, physical, emotional, sexual or a combination.

Staff must be able to deal with clients of a sensitive nature and complying with all information in a confidential manner.

Conducting outbound calls to liaise with third parties in order to gather evidence.

Respond to client enquires via email, whatsapp and facebook

Aim to register and/or update customer's details in our internal database ensuring client records are kept up to date.

Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Management Senior staff.

We work with the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, who are a government run & funded scheme that provide compensation to these victims that we represent.

Working for the Criminal Injuries Helpline is a challenging experience that allows you to develop an array of significant skills. You will take on the role of a legal advisor & be responsible for holding personal cliental information & processing applications.

£18,500 - £20,000 + bonus (Can be upto £600 a month)
